About the Session
Talking about puberty doesn’t have to be awkward—it can be empowering and even fun! Our Prepare To Bloom Presentation is a warm, age-appropriate gathering designed for girls ages 8–11 and their moms or trusted caregivers.
This is not a sex education talk—we focus only on puberty basics like body changes, emotional shifts, and the scientific facts of it all. It’s a safe, supportive space where girls can ask questions and leave feeling prepared, not overwhelmed.

$100 Reservation Fee
secures your session
$100 per Mother/Daughter
or Guardian/Child pair
Host Mom collects payments
from attendees to be paid in total prior to presentation.
Travel Fee
If your location is outside of the greater Mobile Area, we’ll confirm any additional cost when you book.

Cancellation Fee
We respect your time and commitment! If Drs. Nancy and Quin need to cancel for any reason, we will fully refund your total payment.

Hosting is easy! Just choose a comfortable gathering space—your home, a community spot, or anywhere moms and daughters can connect.
What You Need as a Host
A quiet, cozy space for the girls and a TV with HDMI access
Seating for 10–15 girls and their mothers
A light snack or dinner
(This is optional, but we find their brains absorb the material best on a full stomach.)
