Got questions? Let's get them answered.
Q: When do I initiate the puberty talk?
A: We recommend starting when girls reach ages 8–11.
Q: My daughter has already started her period. Is it still helpful to talk to her about it?
A: There is no limit to when you can start or continue these important talks — it’s always helpful to support your daughter’s journey with openness and care.
Q: If I sent an email how long will it take to reply?
A: Within 24 hours of submission during US business days.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: No worries! Please note that we do not refund reservation fees.
Q: Does this session talk about sex?
A: No! This is NOT a sex education talk. We focus only on age-appropriate puberty basics, so girls can feel prepared and supported — without feeling overwhelmed.
Q: How do I know if my daughter is ready for this talk?
A: In our experience, girls are ready for this talk any time after the 5th grade. As puberty is beginning for their peers, it is important for girls to know the basics about sex. This talk is intended to be informative and open the door for further conversation. It is not intended to be an “all encompassing, one and done” talk about sex.
Q: Do you discuss more than sexual intercourse?
A: Yes, we discuss slang words, other sexual acts under the sexual umbrella, and how to keep yourself safe throughout your sexual journey.
Q: How do you address the morality of sex?
A: We stress that sexual choices are deeply personal. We encourage girls to lean on the morals they have been taught by their parents and faith. We explain that it is important to consider sexual limits long before becoming romantically involved and that the decisions can have lifelong impacts.
