Gardener Course for Moms: A comprehensive course that teaches moms how to discuss puberty with their daughters, including a fully filmed puberty talk for visual guidance and reassurance.

Protecting the Bloom Course: An upcoming program (launching Spring 2026) covering topics such as intimacy, sex, contraception, and sexually transmitted diseases, ensuring your daughter receives accurate, age-appropriate information.

In-Person Puberty Talks: Personalized sessions in the Mobile Bay Area, with options for a 1-hour talk at your chosen location or a 2-hour session at Dr. Bixler’s home (with dinner provided; pricing available upon request).

Specific details, timelines, and deliverables for each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the client.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of purchasing a service. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials created by In Full Bloom, M.D., including educational content, videos, graphics, and workbooks, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes business strategies, customer data, educational methods, and other proprietary information not publicly known. We are committed to protecting your information and will not share your personal details without your consent, except as required by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In Full Bloom, M.D. will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold In Full Bloom, M.D. harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
